No, prices are not the same, warranty are not same too.

Once we receive the repair, we will get back to you within a day with the details and specifics of your repair. 

Our professionally trained technicians will diagnose your device and provide a quote for repair (in the case of water damage, the diagnosis may take longer). In most cases, we can repair your device in less than 60 minutes, First come first serve.

Return shipping in Canada typically costs $15 or so which includes a tracking number when we ship it back out to you.

No! We have a no fix no charge policy.


You are covered for warranty for 60 days from date we complete your repair(Mail-in only). This Limited Warranty does not cover liquid damaged and physical damage to the surface of the Product.


You are covered for warranty for 30 days from date we complete your repair(Walk-ins only). This Limited Warranty does not cover liquid damaged and physical damage to the surface of the Product.

You don’t need to make an appointment to get your device repaired as accidents can happen at any time. But to ensure that our technicians can repair your device in the quickest possible time, please contact us so we can check that the required parts are in stock. The price quoted for a repair is valid for one week.

We take debit and credit cards, cash and E-transfer.

Absolutely, we repair any kind of phones, tablet and iWatch.

Apple Inc. does not manufacture any parts. They are only a design and engineering company. The parts Apple uses in their devices are bought from Chinese vendors and assembled in China. Many of the parts we use come from the similar vendors in China. So though we cannot claim that our parts are "from Apple" they are manufactured to the same strict OEM specifications and we are often unable to tell the difference.

Yes we do. If there is a passcode on the phone it hinders our ability to test all the functions of the device. Please provide your passcode with the device when you send it in for repair. If you do not wish to provide your pass code, certain device functions including but not limited to; the camera, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth can not be tested and cannot be guaranteed and your device repair will not be covered under our warranty.

You are covered for warranty for 30 days, and 7days return policy (Limited Warranty does not cover liquid damaged and physical damage to the surface of the Product.)
